seras la persona encargada de apoyar al equipo comercial en el desarrollo del negocio con los diferentes canales, generando propuestas de valor y contribuyendo con la elaboración de ofertas, validación de información, seguimiento de pedidos y atención al cliente con el fin de garantizar una potencial compra de productos.Desarrolla relaciones rentables con los clientes a través de una gestión eficiente de pedidos y un manejo eficaz de las solicitudes de los clientes. Completa oportunamente las solicitudes de información sobre ofertas, cotizaciones, información técnica y posicionamiento de los programas y servicios de TD SYNNEX.

Lo que harás:

  • Apoyar en la elaboración y envío de cotizaciones u órdenes de compras.
  • Atención y resolución de consultas a los canales. Escalar cualquier solicitud del canal al equipo comercial
  • Contacto con clientes potenciales y seguimiento del ciclo de la venta con las cuentas asignadas.
  • Envío de cotizaciones y órdenes de compra al canal y asesoría en consultas relacionadas a las renovaciones.
  • Discute de manera proactiva los servicios de valor agregado de TD SYNNEX, que incluyen; Programa de reserva TD SYNNEX, servicios de configuración y otros según sea necesario.
  • Utiliza la experiencia para negociar con eficacia el margen bruto de TD a través de oportunidades de ventas cruzadas y de ventas adicionales.
  • Desarrolla y mejora las relaciones con todos los departamentos de TD SYNNEX y los representantes de campo del proveedor para actuar como enlace en nombre del cliente.
  • Acumula información competitiva, de mercado y de precios y proporciona retroalimentación a las partes relevantes.
  • Asiste a todas las capacitaciones, almuerzos, aprendizajes y seminarios obligatorios para proveedores.
  • Respalda a otros equipos de ventas cuando se necesita cobertura.
  • Proporciona liderazgo de equipo al ser un experto en la materia.
  • Realizar tareas adicionales según lo asignado
  • Cumple con los estándares de asistencia y puntualidad.
Lo que estamos buscando:
  • Nivel académico requerido: Técnico o profesional en ingeniería, Administración, mercadeo o afines.
  • Conocimientos técnicos requeridos: Técnicas de ventas - Servicio al cliente (INDISPENSABLE).
  • Experiencia en Centro de llamadas (Call Centers) y/o venta minorista en la industria informática.
  • Años de experiencia total: Mínimo 1 año.
  • Área de experiencia deseable Auxiliar de ventas, Inside Sales, analista de distribución comercial.
  • Años Experiencia el Cargo: Mínimo 1 año
  • Conocimientos o habilidades: Relacionamiento con el cliente - Comunicación - Manejo de office Competencias: Orientación al logro - Orientación al detalle - Orientación al cliente - Relaciones Interpersonales.
  • Competencias: Orientación a los resultados - Comunicación - Impacto e influencia comercial – Proactividad Capacidad de organización, Estructuración.

  • Profesional, entorno de oficina (Híbrido).
  • Horas de trabajo no estándar ocasionales o horas extras según lo requiera el negocio.
