Position Overview → Your Role in Enhancing Operations
As an Operations Buyer Assistant, you will play a vital role in merging purchasing activities with operational support. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting in procurement tasks, managing financial transactions, and ensuring operational effectiveness. This position is essential for the integration of purchasing and operational workflows, guaranteeing accurate documentation and efficient transaction management.
Key Responsibilities → Essential Functions in Operations
Purchasing Assistance:
- Support the preparation and execution of purchase orders.
- Engage with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery and address any order-related concerns.
Operational Support:
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including administrative duties, data management, scheduling, and coordination of activities.
- Act as a liaison among various departments and facilitate communication between management and staff.
- Identify and address operational challenges with guidance from senior management.
Financial Management:
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and receipt documentation.
- Verify and manage customer invoices, ensuring accurate processing through accounting software.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain precise records of purchase orders, invoices, and associated documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations in purchasing processes.

- Understanding of purchasing and procurement processes.
- Strong attention to detail in managing purchase orders and financial records.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
