Role Overview: The Telecom Administrator Associate is an entry-level position within Infobip's Platform Operations team. This role operates under the guidance of experienced mentors and senior colleagues, focusing on administrative tasks associated with project setup and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Traffic Registration:
    • Manage the Infobip senders database.
    • Process customer sender registration requests and liaise directly with MNOs/suppliers.
    • Ensure traffic security and control through content restrictions and template registrations.
    • Specialize in region-specific or product-based registration processes.
    • Order numbers (VLN/SC) and facilitate communication setups between our clients and end users.
    • Register OTT traffic for platforms such as WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, Line, and others.
    • Maintain organized records and files to document actions and processes accurately.
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with defined processes.
    • Demonstrate a high awareness of end-user needs to support an exceptional customer experience.
  • Continuous Development:
    • Engage in ongoing education sessions.
    • Stay informed about technical processes and tool functionalities related to sender registrations and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Experience in Back Office, Customer Support, or Call Center environments is a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous.
