Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated individuals to become part of our exceptional customer support team. As a representative for a pet pharmacy organization, you will engage with fellow animal enthusiasts. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming inquiries through phone communication, assisting customers by addressing general questions, resolving issues, and clarifying concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to provide accurate answers and alternative solutions.
- Implement effective solutions and escalate unresolved matters as necessary.
- Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor while delivering outstanding customer service.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Articulate and professional communication skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy and quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively convey the full range of products and services available.
- Prior customer service experience, whether in-person or over the phone.
- Experience in call centers is advantageous.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with zero errors.
- Ability to work independently, utilizing provided software for information research.
- Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication skills are essential.
