As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting bilingual assessments and managing both incoming and outgoing communications with clients to resolve their issues, respond to inquiries, and provide essential information about our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a proficiency level of C1 or higher in English.
- Engage with customers in a professional manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Utilize available resources to gather necessary information for customer support.
- Resolve customer queries related to products and service challenges as required.
- Deliver comprehensive information regarding the organization's services and products to customers.
- Process customer requests, including forms, orders, and applications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to senior management as needed.
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up on complex customer interactions when necessary.
- Document call details and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
