Are you passionate about assisting others and ensuring their satisfaction? In this position, you will focus on resolving customer inquiries effectively before they require further escalation. Your ability to deliver quick answers, offer compassionate product consultations, and resolve issues with a positive attitude will transform an ordinary customer interaction into an extraordinary experience.
During a Typical Day, You'll
  • Respond to incoming customer communications
  • Conduct thorough research to provide accurate solutions to customer issues
  • Engage in upselling products or services to current customers when appropriate
What You Bring to the Role
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role
  • 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to identify and resolve mid-to-high level customer service challenges
  • Proficient in computer use
