Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in English at a C1 level or higher.
  • Engaging with clients in a professional manner while addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilizing available resources to gather necessary information.
  • Resolving customer inquiries regarding products or service-related issues as required.
  • Delivering comprehensive information about the organization's services and products to clients.
  • Processing customer requests, including forms, orders, and applications.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to senior management as needed.
  • Directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Following up on complex customer interactions when necessary.
  • Documenting call details and generating reports as required, ensuring updates in the CRM system.
