As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting bilingual assessments, managing incoming and outgoing communications with clients to resolve their issues, address inquiries, schedule appointments, troubleshoot challenges, provide essential information, and manage complaints related to the organization's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

- Resolving customer inquiries regarding products or service-related issues as required.
- Delivering comprehensive information about the organization's services and products to clients.
- Processing customer requests, including forms, orders, and applications.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to senior management as needed.
- Directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Following up on complex customer interactions when necessary.
- Documenting call details and generating reports as required, ensuring updates in the CRM system.
