Key Responsibilities

Are you enthusiastic about technology and assisting others? In this position, you will address customer technical inquiries or challenges through various communication channels, including voice and chat services, text, email, and other non-verbal platforms. Your ability to provide quick answers, consult on products with empathy, and resolve issues with a positive attitude will significantly impact the customer experience.

Daily Activities Include:

· Leveraging your passion for technology to stay updated on the latest products and assist customers effectively.

· Responding to incoming communications from customers through verbal and written channels.

· Engaging with customers to resolve issues using written communication exclusively.

Qualifications

· A minimum of one year of experience in technical support or troubleshooting.

· Proficiency in handling voice, chat, text, email, and other non-verbal communication platforms.

· Strong understanding of various tech support systems and excellent problem-solving abilities.

· Capability to connect with customers through both verbal and written communication.

· Exceptional written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.

· Intermediate computer proficiency.

· Strong leadership qualities and cognitive skills, including decision-making and problem-solving.
