Position: Administrative Support Specialist
Work Hours: 9 am - 5 pm CT
Compensation: USD 1,000 - 1,300 (based on assessment and approval)

Job Summary: We are in search of a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bilingual Administrative Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Spanish and English, along with robust customer service and data management capabilities. This role will require substantial phone interaction, including after-hours and weekend support, in addition to data entry and CRM oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Support: Manage a high volume of calls, particularly from Spanish-speaking clients, providing after-hours and weekend assistance as necessary.
- CRM Oversight: Utilize Dash CRM for customer data management, including data entry, form processing, and record maintenance.
- Data Entry: Conduct extensive data entry tasks, ensuring precision and organization of information.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Estimation Support: Assist with minor modifications to estimates and related tasks.
- Technical Adaptability: Quickly learn and navigate various dashboards and tools utilized within the organization.
- Information Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Time Management: Utilize platforms like Deel, Gusto, and Veem for tracking time and payroll.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Customer Service Background: Basic experience in customer service with the ability to manage high call volumes.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and capable of quickly learning new software applications.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to accurately manage and input data into CRM systems.
- Confidentiality: Proven ability to protect and manage sensitive information.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative or customer service roles.
