Position: Administrative Support Specialist

Work Hours: 9 am - 5 pm CT

Compensation: USD 1,000 - 1,300 (based on assessment and approval)

Job Summary: We are in search of a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bilingual Administrative Support Specialist. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both Spanish and English, possessing strong customer service and data management capabilities. This role will require substantial phone communication, including after-hours and weekend support, alongside data entry and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Support: Manage a high volume of calls, primarily from Spanish-speaking clients, including after-hours and weekend assistance.
  • CRM Management: Use Dash CRM to oversee customer data, including data entry, form processing, and record maintenance.
  • Data Entry: Execute high-volume data entry tasks with precision and organization.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic assistance to customers with inquiries and support needs.
  • Estimation Support: Assist with minor modifications to estimates and related tasks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Adapt quickly to various software tools and dashboards utilized within the organization.
  • Information Management: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and care.
  • Time Management: Utilize platforms like Deel, Gusto, and Veem for time tracking and payroll processes.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Customer Service Background: Basic experience in customer service, capable of managing high call volumes.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and a quick learner of new software.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately manage and input data into CRM systems.
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to protect and manage privileged information.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative or customer service roles.
