Key Responsibilities:
- Phone Support: Manage a high volume of intricate calls from customers and service partners, ensuring effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients. Provide after-hours and weekend support as necessary.
- CRM Management: Leverage our internal CRM system to oversee customer data, document interactions, and track job progress, ensuring all records are accurate and current.

- Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries and provide necessary support.
- Estimation Assistance: Aid in minor estimate modifications and supply relevant data for approval processes.

Qualifications:
