Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will address customer technical inquiries or challenges through various communication channels, including voice and chat services, text, email, and other non-verbal platforms. A Typical Day Involves
· Utilizing your passion for technology to stay informed about the latest products and assist customers effectively.
· Responding to incoming communications from customers, both verbal and written.
· Connecting with customers and resolving their issues through written communication.
Qualifications
· At least 1 year of experience in technical support or troubleshooting.
· Proficiency in handling voice, chat, text, email, and other non-verbal communication platforms.
· Strong knowledge of various tech support systems and excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Capability to engage with customers through both verbal and written communication.
· Exceptional written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
· Intermediate computer proficiency.
· Strong leadership qualities and cognitive skills, including decision-making and problem-solving.
