Bilingual Customer Support Specialist – English-Spanish

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will address customer technical inquiries or challenges through various communication channels, including voice and chat services, text, email, and other non-verbal platforms. Your ability to provide prompt solutions, offer compassionate product consultations, and resolve issues with a positive attitude will transform the customer experience from ordinary to extraordinary.

Typical Daily Activities

· Utilize your passion for technology to stay informed about the latest products and assist customers effectively.

· Respond to incoming communications from customers, both verbal and written.

· Engage with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues through written communication.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support or troubleshooting.

· Proficiency in handling voice, chat, text, email, and other non-verbal communication platforms.

· Strong knowledge of various tech support systems and excellent problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to connect with customers through effective verbal and written communication.

· Exceptional written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.

· Intermediate computer proficiency.
