About the Role
Larus Limited is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our global sales efforts and drive business growth. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in sales management, team leadership, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship-building with clients.
- Sales Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales team to execute tasks and meet assigned business objectives.
- Product Promotion: Promote Larus's IP address trading and Internet solutions to potential clients, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough studies to locate unused IP resources globally, supporting Larus's market positioning.
- Strategic Alignment: Operate in alignment with Larus's global strategies for IP space management to achieve business objectives.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and identify opportunities to expand services.
- Industry Engagement: Represent Larus at industry events to promote our solutions and strengthen our brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably with a proven track record in team leadership.
- Strong business acumen, self-motivation, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in an additional language (Chinese, Spanish, French, German) is advantageous.
