About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Director at Genesys, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth across the entire Genesys suite of products. You will lead a team of sales professionals in managing direct sales in the West Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and/or exceeding goals, including revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses;
  • Selling and promoting Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions;
  • Developing and executing a territory plan to maximize bookings and achieving quarterly targets;
  • Maintaining positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders as a Genesys representative;
  • Conducting weekly progress meetings with the sales team;
  • Assisting in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives;
  • Interacting regularly with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met;
  • Hiring and training new sales representatives;
  • Building relationships with key players in customer accounts;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • +5 years' sales management experience in the technology industry;
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales;
  • Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
