Enterprise Sales Director

As an Enterprise Sales Director at Genesys, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth across the entire Genesys suite of products. You will lead a team of sales professionals in managing direct sales in the West Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting and/or exceeding goals, including revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses;
- Selling and promoting Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions;
- Developing and executing a territory plan to maximize bookings and achieving quarterly targets;
- Maintaining positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders as a Genesys representative;
- Conducting weekly progress meetings with the sales team;
- Assisting in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives;
- Interacting regularly with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met;
- Hiring and training new sales representatives;
- Building relationships with key players in customer accounts;
- Bachelor's degree;
- +5 years' sales management experience in the technology industry;
- Demonstrated track record in software sales;
- Ability to represent the company at senior executive levels;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
