Executive Sales Director for Colombia Market

Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Executive Sales Director to lead our sales team in Colombia. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas.
About the Role- Manage and develop a growing and diverse team of sales executives who serve as trusted advisors to our customers.
- Support account executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as needed.
- Lead weekly forecast meetings and drive pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue-generating opportunities for our customer accounts.
- Mentor and professionally develop account executives to ensure high closure rates and opportunity identification.
- Engage with C-level executives in customer organizations and develop the go-to-market strategy for the team.
- Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to area sales management.
- A consistent track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- The ability to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix or multi-product sales environment.
- Experience selling transformational technology solutions to major enterprise customers.
- Previous experience in solution sales, especially software/SaaS/cloud.
- A level of interest in or experience positioning/selling MarTech solutions, with knowledge of the travel, transport, and hospitality industry being a plus.
