Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Executive Sales Director to lead our sales team in Colombia. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas.

About the Role
  1. Manage and develop a growing and diverse team of sales executives who serve as trusted advisors to our customers.
  2. Support account executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as needed.
  3. Lead weekly forecast meetings and drive pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue-generating opportunities for our customer accounts.
  4. Mentor and professionally develop account executives to ensure high closure rates and opportunity identification.
  5. Engage with C-level executives in customer organizations and develop the go-to-market strategy for the team.
  6. Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to area sales management.
Requirements
  1. A consistent track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  2. The ability to operate and navigate successfully in a matrix or multi-product sales environment.
  3. Experience selling transformational technology solutions to major enterprise customers.
  4. Previous experience in solution sales, especially software/SaaS/cloud.
  5. A level of interest in or experience positioning/selling MarTech solutions, with knowledge of the travel, transport, and hospitality industry being a plus.
