Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our commercial team in Bogotá. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to the development of our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure successful execution of sales plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven sales strategies and achieving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Experience with CRM management and data analysis tools
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables and more)
  • Living in Bogotá or nearby areas
