The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Account Director, Enterprise to lead our sales efforts in the West Sales organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales, developing and executing comprehensive strategies, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed revenue, customer growth, and sales expense goals
  • Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating prices, concessions, and terms
  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize bookings
  • Generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts and manage forecast to quarterly targets
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team
  • Assist in developing short-, medium-, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • +5 years' sales management experience within the technology industry
  • Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
  • High energy, results-oriented achiever with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales
  • Willingness to travel
Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include a competitive bonus structure, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
