InDrive is a rapidly growing company in the tech industry, with a strong focus on innovation and expansion. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Latin America.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Director for InDrive, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales teams in Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
