Sales Team Director

Looking for a Sales Team Director to lead our Latin America operations. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals and post-sale relationship management.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates within the Latin America region only. Please note that only resumes submitted in English will be considered for review.
The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 1 year in a closing role (Account Executive, Account Manager, etc.). A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-growth environment is essential.
A competitive salary package of up to **USD 4,000** per month (50/50 - a combination of base salary and commission) will be offered to the right candidate. The company offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Familiarity with SaaS markets is a plus.
