We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Wisefind.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead and motivate a team of sales officers, drive business growth, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that meet and exceed company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales officers to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and meet KPIs.
  • Mentor and train sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets for sales team members, including travel and presentation-related expenses.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on team motivation and performance improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools, including CRM systems.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
