Job Title: Sales Process Optimization Lead
About the Role:
Solvo Global is seeking a skilled Sales Process Optimization Lead to optimize and refine our sales processes, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to achieving commercial objectives by designing, implementing, and training on updated processes and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Introduce new strategies and methodologies to streamline the sales cycle.
- Provide training to the sales team on updated processes and procedures.
- Evaluate data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in sales processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Adapt workflows to meet evolving market demands.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field, along with strong analytical skills for process evaluation and improvement. You should also have effective communication and training abilities, be proactive and detail-oriented, and have the ability to adapt to market trends. Additionally, you must have Advanced English proficiency (9.0-10.0).
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, paid out bi-weekly. This position is a full-time remote opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST. The contract type is indefinite.
