Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at LatamCent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and be able to drive results through effective team management, strategy development, and execution.
Responsibilities- Hire, train, and develop a team of 8-10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and enhance the overall sales process.
- Monitor and evaluate SDR performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making recommendations to optimize sales processes and improve results.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales enablement tools, training programs, and playbooks to drive sales success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- C2/Native English proficiency.
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $2000-$2500 per month, with additional commission on sales performance. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
