About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a motivated individual with a proven track record of sales success. You'll be responsible for managing both cold and warm leads, verifying eligibility for our care programs, and working closely with our team to nurture leads and determine program suitability.

  • Collaborate closely with our Keyline team to support lead qualification and referral processes.
  • Partner with our Marketing team to drive lead generation initiatives.

To excel in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to establish quick rapport, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential. A bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus, but demonstrated success in sales takes precedence.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
