Responsibilities:
- The Sales Team Coordinator role involves managing customer orders from order entry point through punch list, ensuring accurate and timely service to clients.
- Coordinate proposal development, analyzing project costs, and executing contractual fiscal transactions and deliverables.
- Maintain a portfolio of associated technical tasks and help drive sales within the assigned sales team.
Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
- Customer Service: Continually monitor client relationships to meet and exceed Solutions and client goals.
- Reviewing the scope of new/potential opportunities and attending team and client planning meetings when applicable.
- CAD Specifications – Review specifications as required.
- Assist in proposal development and provide excellent customer service to increase client satisfaction and contract renewal.
