As the Inside Sales Representative Manager, you will lead a high-performing team in the fast-paced world of digital insurance. Your mission is to balance professional growth and personal time, creating a fulfilling career without sacrificing your well-being.
The Role Unwrapped
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). Oversee their day-to-day operations and provide real-time coaching for personal development.
- Execute Strategic Initiatives. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Sales to drive performance results and refine processes.
- Mentor and Coach ISRs. Hold team members accountable for meeting performance metrics through shadowing, call monitoring, and coaching.
- Develop and Analyze. Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Hire and Onboard. Interview and assess new ISR candidates for your location.
