As the Inside Sales Representative Manager, you will lead a high-performing team in the fast-paced world of digital insurance. Your mission is to balance professional growth and personal time, creating a fulfilling career without sacrificing your well-being.

The Role Unwrapped

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a Team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). Oversee their day-to-day operations and provide real-time coaching for personal development.
  2. Execute Strategic Initiatives. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Sales to drive performance results and refine processes.
  3. Mentor and Coach ISRs. Hold team members accountable for meeting performance metrics through shadowing, call monitoring, and coaching.
  4. Develop and Analyze. Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  5. Hire and Onboard. Interview and assess new ISR candidates for your location.
