Sales Development Team Lead Role

Latamcent is a leading growth enablement company with a passion for generating high-quality sales meetings. We specialize in Sales Pipeline Management and HubSpot CRM Services, providing targeted strategies to increase win rates, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver faster revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities- Lead and support SDR Managers, ensuring they have the resources and guidance necessary to excel.
- Develop strategic plans, optimize processes for lead generation and meeting conversion, and monitor team performance using data-driven insights.
- Ensure SDR teams meet client expectations, resolve issues, and collaborate with other departments to drive results.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing SDR teams.
- Experience in leadership roles, including overseeing managers and cross-departmental teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and assess KPIs, coaching plans, and performance improvement plans.
- Remote work with flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle and full-time contract.
- Working hours with an overlap with company hours (8 AM - 4 PM EST, Monday to Friday).
- A friendly working environment, open to free communication.
We offer a strong base salary with well-designed performance-driven bonus plan. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $52,800 - $72,000, depending on experience. A guaranteed bonus of $7,380 will be paid after 90 days. In addition, you can expect a monthly bonus ranging from $4,400 to $8,800.
