Senior Enterprise Sales Manager Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our team at LatamCent. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 SDRs to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
- 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on driving revenue growth and meeting customer needs.
We offer a competitive salary range of $2000-$2500 per month, plus commission on the performance of your SDRs. Our OTE for this role is $54k-60k USD per year.
