Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to spearhead our enterprise sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and train new sales representatives to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Lead a team of 8-10 sales development representatives (SDRs) to identify and pursue qualified sales opportunities with enterprise clients.
  • Evaluate SDR performance and provide guidance and support to help them maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
  • Cultivate effective use of technology tools and prospecting models to optimize sales processes and improve outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration among team members to continuously enhance sales development playbooks and results for our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • No less than 7 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in creating and implementing sales pitches and processes from inception to completion.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools like Apolo.
  • Comfortable with travel and attending seminars.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective training abilities.
  • Native-level English fluency (C2).
Compensation

A competitive salary of $24,000 per annum plus commission on the performance of your sales team.
