Job Overview

This remote position offers a unique chance to hone your persuasive abilities, engage decision-makers, and set the stage for successful sales conversations. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls, identifying client needs, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Phone Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, showcasing strong English communication skills, and engaging decision-makers in compelling conversations.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, setting the foundation for successful deals.
  • Lead Nurturing: Manage and nurture leads through effective follow-up and relationship-building techniques.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: English fluency with exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or similar outbound sales roles.
