The company's unique business model provides a full-scale, multi-channel outreach Sales Development Department to its clients at a fraction of the cost of building and managing this function in-house.

Growth Era specializes in Sales Pipeline Management and HubSpot CRM Services, offering targeted strategies to increase win rates, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver faster revenue growth, making it a trusted partner in the success of your business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SDR Managers and the Training and Onboarding team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to excel.
  • Develop strategic plans, optimize processes for lead generation and meeting conversion, and monitor team performance using data-driven insights.
  • Ensure SDR teams meet client expectations, resolve issues, and collaborate with other departments to drive results.
  • Foster a culture of learning and high energy within the SDR teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing SDR teams.
  • Experience in leadership roles, including overseeing managers and cross-departmental teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and assess KPIs, coaching plans, and performance improvement plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

  • $2200 - $3000 base salary with a $530 - $1050 monthly bonus range and a $615 guaranteed bonus after 90 days.
