Galderma, a leading dermatology company, seeks a Sales and Business Development Professional to lead the sales efforts in Bogotá or Medellín. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in similar roles and a proven track record in team management.

The role involves providing input to and leading implementation of sales practices through promotion and sale of technical and/or non-technical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. This includes monitoring and revising lead generation plans, researching and evaluating sales policies, and establishing relationships with stakeholders.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree is required, and the ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
