About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Demand Generation Strategist to lead our spacebar studios, an emerging GTM services agency. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth through demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement.

You will own the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives leveraging marketing automation tools like HubSpot. Your expertise in inbound marketing, ABM, and leveraging marketing automation platforms will be instrumental in driving ROI through digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

As a leader, you will oversee content marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analytics to maximize lead generation efficiency. You will also manage and mentor a high-performing team of contractors and collaborators, providing clear vision and direction on projects ranging from content creation to outbound marketing execution.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth through demand generation, ABM, and sales enablement.
  2. Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives leveraging marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
  3. Drive ROI through digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
  4. Oversee content marketing, CRO, and funnel analytics to maximize lead generation efficiency.
  5. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of contractors and collaborators.
  6. Partner with stakeholders to craft and deliver impactful demand strategies tailored to client objectives.
  7. Directly report to the CEO, influencing overall strategy and business outcomes.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or related experience, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS environments.
  2. Demonstrated success in managing teams while directly executing high-impact marketing initiatives.
  3. Expertise in inbound marketing, ABM, and leveraging marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  4. Advanced understanding of SEO, SEM/PPC, analytics, and growth marketing techniques.
  5. Experience driving outcomes with outbound tools (e.g., Clay, Instantly, Luna, etc.).
  6. Ability to thrive in high-growth environments, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
