We're seeking an Executive leader to spearhead business development and drive sales growth. This opportunity requires a seasoned professional with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet weekly/monthly targets
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to drive new business growth
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other public sources to find key contacts and tailor messaging
  • Establish relationships with potential clients via phone, email, or LinkedIn
  • Design and test effective email templates, call scripts, and messaging sequences
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in business-business sales
  • Prior experience in BPO sales, software, or related services preferred
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • An assertive and persuasive personality
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
About the Role:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
