Business Growth and Sales Strategist

We're seeking an Executive leader to spearhead business development and drive sales growth. This opportunity requires a seasoned professional with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify business opportunities through research and outreach
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet weekly/monthly targets
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to drive new business growth
- Utilize LinkedIn and other public sources to find key contacts and tailor messaging
- Establish relationships with potential clients via phone, email, or LinkedIn
- Design and test effective email templates, call scripts, and messaging sequences
- 2+ years of experience in business-business sales
- Prior experience in BPO sales, software, or related services preferred
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- An assertive and persuasive personality
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join Outplex and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
