Business Development Specialist

This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at Ingepsy in the role of Lead Generator (Voice) Standard. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospects.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and preparation to support meaningful and results-driven interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and report on performance.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in investor relations, marketing, or financial services.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with investor relations, financial markets, or marketing strategies is an asset.
- Understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape is an asset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Results-driven mindset.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location, Canada, EST timezone. Ingepsy offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
