Lead Demand Generation Strategist for Global B2B SaaS Growth

As a Director of Demand Generation at Sagan, you will lead our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to drive growth and revenue in the B2B SaaS industry. With a focus on high-growth businesses, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies that include inbound marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement.

Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses tied to key growth milestones, ranging from $6,000 to $8,000 per month, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • You will own the development and execution of demand generation strategies, including the creation and implementation of inbound marketing campaigns, ABM programs, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives leveraging marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, to drive results and maximize ROI.
  • Drive campaign management, data-driven optimization, and team leadership to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in demand generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Data-Driven Optimization
  • Analyze funnel analytics to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase lead generation efficiency.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of contractors and collaborators to ensure clear vision and direction on projects.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related fields with a proven track record in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams while directly executing high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in inbound marketing, ABM, and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.
  • Advanced understanding of SEO, SEM/PPC, analytics, and growth marketing techniques.
