Strategic Business Development Specialist

The Hubmark Company Limited is a leading provider of innovative solutions for MSMEs. We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Development Specialist to drive sales of our Business Kit Subscription in Jamaica and the US.
About You
This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with MSMEs and sell subscription services using persuasive arguments and solid sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with MSMEs to drive long-lasting business partnerships.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to demonstrate the value of our subscription services and present them to existing and prospective customers.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling and other sales strategies to achieve sales targets and outcomes within the assigned schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the MSME sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market potential and track sales performance.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
