Position Overview: As a Business Development Strategist at High Scale Ai, you will drive strategic initiatives to acquire new business, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success and evolution of our agency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to acquire new clients and expand High Scale Ai's market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Lead client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance the agency's overall growth and positioning.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Strategist or in a similar strategic business development role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster client connections.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving business growth targets.


We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
