We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Manpower S.A. de C.V. as a Business Development Cybersecurity Specialist.
OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, cybersecurity, and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Job DescriptionThis role focuses on expanding the client base, managing strategic accounts in the private and government sectors, and ensuring project profitability through effective resource and strategy management.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Portfolio Management – Manage and grow current and new client relationships.
- Sales Cycle Management – Handle sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Solution Selling – Identify customer needs and develop tailored proposals.
- Negotiation & Closing – Lead negotiations and ensure the successful closing of projects.
- Post-Sales Service – Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure renewals.
- 5+ years in commercial roles, prospecting clients, and selling IT solutions.
- Experience in cybersecurity and security solutions.
- Expertise in CRM systems and sales strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Manpower S.A. de C.V. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
