Job Title: Strategic Business Engagement DirectorEstimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and customer engagement. As a Senior Engagement Manager at Coupa, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and services
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to drive customer success
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
