The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of professional experience, with high fluency in English and French. Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice issues in specific regions is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies
- Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions as required
- Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and other documents as needed
- Manage staff travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Provide language translation support as required
- Maintain accurate records and reports on partnership activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, international relations)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
