Strategic Business Development Lead

As a Strategic Business Development Lead at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving business market insights, preferred business partner development, and ecosystem building. Your key performance indicators will include sub-industry and business partner order and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a list of preferred business partners and SMB partners.
- Adapt Huawei's portfolio solutions for business markets to the portfolios of preferred partners.
- Enable optimal business partners with pre-sales, sales, and marketing capabilities.
- Guide partners to sell and provide services independently.
- Drive preferred business partners to proactively register deals and provide marketing and opportunity support.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal understanding and communication skills.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with partners and customers.
- Utilize conflict resolution skills effectively.
Technical Requirements:
- Possess basic understanding of ICT products, including datacom, optical, storage, and collaboration.
- Understand ICT business, including customer/partner purchase decision processes.
- Show knowledge of ecosystem partner development skills and ability to build partner systems to support business development.
- Proficient in Office skills: PPT, Excel.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
