Business Development Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic venture studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and clients, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Market Presence: Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners and clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Research industry trends and related events to identify potential business deals and partnerships.
  • Track Individual Contributors: Leverage individual contributors' accomplishments to drive revenue growth and explore new business opportunities.
  • Pursue Potential Business Deals: Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, and financials to evaluate the feasibility of potential business deals.
  • Evaluate and Resolve Priorities: Evaluate options and resolve internal priorities to support business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Analyze Risk and Potential: Examine risks and potentials for business opportunities to make informed decisions.
  • Estimate Partners' Needs: Align business deals with partners' objectives by estimating their needs and goals.
  • CLOSE NEW BUSINESS DEALS: Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts, and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential and maintaining high ethical standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Market Research Skills: Strong understanding of market research, trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, strong negotiation skills, and experience in developing strategic partnerships.
  • Financial Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Business Development: Experience in developing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality: High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
