Strategic Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team at True Story Public Relations. As the leader of account(s), you will provide expert counsel to clients for opportunities and situations, utilizing your expertise in crisis communications, idea generation, trending topics, new platforms, organized communications, and project management.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. You must have experience leading a team, delegating tasks, and overseeing big picture timelines. Creative thinking, detail orientation, and time management skills are essential.
This is a full-time, fully-remote, W2 position with compensation based on experience and performance. Key responsibilities include operating as the main point of contact for clients, working with clients and team members on production and content planning, overseeing project timelines, managing communications, and reviewing content and tasks for quality and consistency.
You will also be responsible for training, guiding, and assisting team members, as well as identifying opportunities to adjust systems and services for efficiency and effectiveness.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
