Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative strategies to generate leads and engage potential clients at the enterprise level.
  • Craft personalized outreach campaigns targeting senior-level executives in large-scale organizations.
  • Manage communication strategies, focusing on creative messaging and phone calls.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2B or enterprise software sales.
  • C1+ English Level.
  • Proven ability to creatively engage with high-level decision-makers in large-scale organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
