Genesys, a global leader in customer experience orchestration, is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the enterprise market. As a key member of our West Sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth across the Genesys suite of products.

About the Role

This is a highly demanding and dynamic role that requires a strong track record of success in software sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology industry and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize bookings and drive revenue growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses
  • Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale
  • Act as a Genesys representative, maintaining positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with sales team members and provide coaching and guidance where needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and +5 years' experience in sales management within the technology industry
  • Demonstrated track record of success in software sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the company at senior executive levels
  • Ability to develop proposals and manage the sales cycle with minimum supervision
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to hire and train new sales representatives
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits. In addition, we provide a generous compensation package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
