Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Director, Enterprise to lead our sales efforts in Colombia (Bogotá) and develop strategic relationships with key clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the technology industry and proven track record in software sales, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth for the entire Genesys suite of products
  • Sell and promote the sales of Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale
  • Manage direct sales in the West Sales organization, meeting and/or exceeding goals, including revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses
  • Act as a Genesys representative to maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, partners, and shareholders
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team and assist in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • +5 years' sales management experience within the technology industry
  • Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
