Sales Director for Enterprise Client Acquisition

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team in acquiring new enterprise clients.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in sales leadership to join LatamCent and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and mentor a team of 8-10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to win qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and playbooks to maximize team performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the sales landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- No less than 7 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales pitches, processes, and strategies.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office, as well as knowledge of sales enablement tools like Apolo.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- C2/Native English proficiency.
A competitive salary range of $54,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission on SDR performance.
