Enterprise Sales Director

Genesys is a global leader in customer experience solutions, empowering organizations to deliver exceptional experiences for their customers and employees. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
The ideal candidate will have +5 years' sales management experience within the technology industry, with a proven track record in software sales. They will be able to hire and train new sales representatives, demonstrate leadership skills, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This position requires a "High Energy" individual who is results-oriented and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment. The ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is essential. You will also need to build relationships with key players in customer accounts and conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
About the Job
- Sell and promote Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize bookings, generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts, and accurately manage forecast to achieve quarterly targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders as a Genesys representative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- +5 years' sales management experience within the technology industry.
- Ability to hire and train new sales representatives.
- Be a "High Energy", results-oriented achiever and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
