Unlock your potential as a key player in TTEC's award-winning sales team. As a Lead Development Representative in Bogotá, Colombia, you'll drive revenue growth by selling innovative solutions to new B2B customers.
What You'll DoAs a consultative sales professional, you'll take ownership of positioning our solution portfolio, developing and managing a sales pipeline, and securing net-new business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate sales opportunities through a blend of outbound, inbound, and email techniques.
- Conduct research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing resources such as the Internet, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Intent tools.
- Gather key information to update Salesforce records and assign a nurture path and follow-up strategy.
- Transform Leads to Sales Opportunities, by cultivating and educating key decision makers and prospective buyers as they move into the sales cycle.
- Accurately and confidently convey our solutions to prospective business partners as strategic options to improve their business operations.
- Qualify and nurture leads until they are ready to progress in the sales cycle.
- Schedule intro meetings between Account Executives and potential customers.
Key Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years' experience in a SaaS or B2B consultative salesroles with a minimum of 1 year of closing and multi-client book management experience.
- Experience prospecting companies on international markets 100% in English.
- Strong business acumen to include: Independent decision making, Self-motivation, resiliency, and a passion to succeed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly and be a creative problem solver. Anticipates change and efficiently adjusts priorities accordingly.
